Privacy Policy - the basics
In the course of providing products and services on our Merchant’s behalf, we collect and process certain information about individuals at the direction of such Merchants (“Customer Data”). Customer Data has historically included information such as personal data relating to the end user of our Services, any personal data in the printing content (where applicable), personal data revealed during the use of any Printful services, including name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and other information about the Merchant’s customers.
If you are a customer of the Merchant (an end user of our Services), the Merchant is the data controller with regard to your personal data contained in Customer Data and should provide you the information on how your personal data is collected and processed when using our Services. What to include in the Privacy Policy
Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors and customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much, much more.
